ECU Data Extraction

Data extraction fee: $1000 per SDP ECU. Credit Card Payment accepted only. Any checks that are sent in will be marked void and returned without being cashed. Payment must be made prior to sending in the SDP ECU, and a receipt must be included with the release form.

Important Notes:

1. Please create one order for each ECU Extraction Request.
2. If you are a current SafetyDirect subscriber and are in good standing, this fee is waived. This will be verified during the receiving process for each ECU received.
3. If the ECU is sent in without payment and you are not a current SafetyDirect subscriber, the ECU will not be scheduled to be processed until payment is received.  This will result in additional delays processing your ECU.
4. Please set the shipping address the same as your billing address. The shipping address is NOT the ECU shipping address.

Steps to Process Payment and Ship the ECU:

1. Add this item to the cart and follow the instructions to process your Credit Card Payment.
2. Print the receipt.
3. Attach the receipt to the end of the completed release form.
4. Pack the ECU, the completed release form, and the payment receipt, and ship them to the address below:

Please only send the following Rand McNally ECUs. All other ECUs will not be processed:

• AutoVue 3G (NASD)
• SDP3
• SDP5
