Most electronics sold through store.randmcnally.com come with a 1-year limited warranty. Electronics under warranty are eligible for repairs and/or replacement if necessary. This limited warranty does not apply to the following:

In the event of misuse or abuse of the product, or as a result of unauthorized alterations or repairs
If the serial number has been altered, defaced, or removed
If the owner of the product resides outside of the U.S. or Canada.
